TheInternational Observatory for Territorial Diplomacy (OIDT) is pleased to announce the 5th edition of the Forum on International Dialogue of Territories (FODIT), which will take place on 3 April 2027 at the Town Hall of the 16th arrondissement of Paris.
Following the 4th edition, which brought together elected officials, experts and territorial stakeholders from France, Africa and beyond in June 2026, the FODIT returns to Paris to continue the dialogue between territories around the world.
A theme: “Territories of Influence and New Alliances”
The general theme of this edition, “Territories of Influence and New Alliances: Building the Territorial Powers of Tomorrow”, invites local and regional authorities to assert their place on the international stage and to forge the partnerships that will drive their development.
The discussions will be structured around four main themes:
- Dialogue, cooperation and influence of territories
- Strategic partnerships
- Sustainable territorial development
- Innovation and attractiveness of territories
