On the sidelines of the 4th edition of the Forum on International Dialogue of Territories (FODIT), on 1st June 2026 in Paris, the President of the International Observatory for Territorial Diplomacy, Mr Ibrahima BA, received an honorary distinction from Master Chef Dr Abdessamad Hamrerras, President of theMoroccan University of Culinary Arts.
This trophy of recognition salutes the commitment of the Observatory and of its President to dialogue between territories and to international cooperation — a cooperation in which culture and gastronomy have a full place, as levers of attractiveness and influence for territories.
The OIDT extends its thanks to Master Chef Dr Abdessamad Hamrerras and to the Moroccan University of Culinary Arts for this mark of esteem.
